      About CoreCooling

      CoreCooling is the liquid cooling brand of XCCES GmbH, focused on advanced thermal management for AI, HPC, servers and high-performance electronics. We develop cooling solutions from component level to complete systems — engineered, tested and manufactured in Germany.

      Our goal is to make high-performance computing more efficient, reliable and sustainable through innovative liquid cooling technology.

      We develop thermal solutions around the actual requirements of the application. From individual CPU and GPU cooling concepts to integrated server cooling and complete liquid-cooled computing systems, our engineering approach considers thermal performance, mechanical integration and system efficiency as one complete solution.

      Close interaction between design, prototyping, testing and manufacturing allows us to develop highly customized solutions with short development cycles and a high degree of integration flexibility.

      Development, prototyping, testing and key manufacturing processes are carried out in-house in Germany. Our capabilities range from thermal design and surface engineering to advanced joining technologies, prototype development and manufacturing of customized cooling assemblies.

      Keeping these technologies close together allows us to move efficiently from the first thermal concept to validated and production-ready hardware.

      FROM RESEARCH TO REAL-WORLD APPLICATION

      CoreCooling combines applied research with practical engineering. Our R&D activities include high-temperature liquid cooling, self-regulating cooling concepts, advanced thermal interfaces and technologies that improve the potential for efficient waste-heat utilization.

      New concepts are developed with a clear focus on their transfer into real AI, HPC, server and data center applications.
